Buckmoorend Farm is a small, family run farm surrounded by natural woodland and nestled in the beautiful Chiltern Hills. It is part of the Chequers Estate.
They rear their animals on barley grown on the farm, and limit the use of chemicals wherever possible, so consumers can enjoy nutritious food with confidence that it has been produced in an environmentally and socially responsible way. Their farming methods encompass good rotation of crops, non-intensive meat production, high standards of animal welfare and rotational grazing that enriches the environment.

The historic and and characterful King’s Head pub in the centre of Aylesbury is owned by the National Trust and run by the Chiltern Brewery. It is the oldest courtyard inn in England. Opened during the first lockdown, its fifteenth-century stable barn houses their new Food Hall and Coffeehouse. It can be found at the back of the inner courtyard. My focus is on reducing waste in the fashion industry, mostly the end-of-life wastage, to which there is no shortage.
